Terms & Conditions

Using our website constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.


QUINN South Africa is a Johannesburg based, online fashion retailer. We supply products to the general public within the borders of South Africa.
 

While we do our best to have accurate inventory management on our website, QUINN South Africa does not guarantee, represent or warrant that products listed on this website will be available at all times. 
 

QUINN South Africa reserves the right to remove products from the website and to restrict orders at any given time.


You will not be charged for orders that cannot be fulfilled. If you have paid for an item that cannot be shipped, we will inform you and suggest alternatives or we will refund the full value of the goods and transport charges within 24 hours.


Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).


QUINN South Africa are non-VAT vendors and VAT is not charged.


Delivery costs are excluded from our listed retail prices and will be added to your order when you check out.

Orders over the value of R1000 will qualify for free delivery within the borders of South Africa. 
 

Should you choose to use QUINN South Africa’s courier of choice, Aramex, the cost will be calculated based on the volume and weight of your order and charged according to the rates of our courier. Standard shipping within South Africa is R100.


QUINN South Africa will not be liable to you for a loss that you (or any third parties) suffer for delay or failure to process your order or deliver your goods, due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided by you when placing an order. Please ensure that your correct and full delivery details are supplied and that someone will be available at this location to sign for your delivery. Customers are welcome to send their own couriers at their own costs. 
 

All goods remain the property of QUINN South Africa until paid for.

Payment for orders can be received on our website via YOCO or Direct Bank Transfer. Payment can be made on collection via cash or card (machines available).
 

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment.

No courier deliveries will be made on Saturdays or Sundays. Deliveries can be made on weekdays only, between 9h00 and 17h00. 
 

Delivery

Orders are collected by courier Monday to Friday at 15h00. Orders placed before 12h00 Monday to Friday will be sent the same day via courier. Orders placed after 12h00 will be sent the following day. Orders placed over the weekend will be placed the following Monday. Domestic delivery is expected to arrive in main centres by the next business day, whereas outlying areas may take up to 72 hours.
 

Please no P.O. Boxes as Aramex requires a signature from the receiver. Ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified.
 

Once an order has been sent to the courier, a tracking number will be sent via SMS to your phone, please ensure your cell phone and email address is correct when ordering. The tracking number can be used on Aramex’s website to track your order. Track your order here: https://www.aramex.co.za/
 

Own Collection

Should you wish to collect your order in Johannesburg or send your own courier, please select the “own collection” option and we will contact you with collection point details.
