3. Add to cart to purchase for delivery or email us to arrange for collection  from our head office based in JHB.


4. Go to cart to checkout (all major credit & debit cards accepted) R100 delivery nationwide using Aramex. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where does QUINN clothing from?

  •  We purchase from multiple suppliers across the globe. However, it is safe to say most items come from China. Even an outfit bought through Australia or the Philippines is likely to have been made in China. We also have a Custom Collection that was designed by QUINN and produced locally in South Africa by a small women owned business. 

 

Do you drop-ship?

  •  No, we prefer to purchase and hold stock so that we can assess the quality before we sell items. Drop-shipping can be unreliable. 

 

How often does QUINN get new stock?

  • Ideally, we would like to launch new collections 3 to 4 times a year, however, this amount will depend on our stock levels. If we have too much stock, we are not able to get more until we increase sales.
     

What sizes do you stock?

  • We stock x-small, small, medium, large and x-large. Not every item comes in all five sizes, in some cases we have only one of a kind, one sized item.

  • The best option is to search your size in the search bar and if you would like a specific size in a specific item, send us an email and we will see what we can do.

 

Does QUINN manufacture locally?

  • Yes, however, we have only one collection currently as we cannot afford to produce our whole range locally. In the future, we would love to produce everything locally. 

 

Does QUINN have a store?

  • No. That is the dream, please keep showing your support and hopefully one day you will see us in a center near you.

  • We are also looking to show our clothes at local markets, however as we import our clothes, many markets do not want us there. We will keep you posted when we will be at any particular market.
     

Is it possible to try on items before we buy it?

  • If you would really like to try something on, we are based in Johannesburg (in Sunningdale), we can make arrangements for you to come and try on or if you are close by, we can come to you.

How do we purchase from QUINN?

There are a few options:

  • You can add to your cart directly through our website and checkout on the website which will take you to a secure YOCO payment page.

  • If you would prefer EFT, that is perfect, contact us with your order and we will send you an invoice with banking details. As soon as the payment reflects in our account your order will be sent for delivery.

  • If you would like to pay on collection, let us know and you can pay using cash or a card (yoco card machine available). 

 

How long is delivery?

  • We use Aramex, they cost R100 standard delivery nationwide. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12h00 will be sent same day, orders after (or on public holidays)N will be sent the following day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be sent the following Monday. They will deliver direct to your door.

  • They have a standard delivery time of 24 hours for main areas and 75 hours for outlying areas. Please ensure accurate address and contact details as we will send you a tracking number once the courier has collected.

  • Aramex will require a signature from the receiver so please guarantee someone will be available at the required address to sign. No P.O. Boxes please. 

  • Collection is also available from our office in Sunningdale, Johannesburg.

 

Can I return my order?

  • Please note any returns and refunds will be converted to store credit. You will also be responsible for the transport of the item back to our offices in JHB.

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days after delivery and only if the item is unworn and in its original saleable condition.

  • Please note, bodysuits and sales items cannot be returned, so please be sure of your size.

 

My size is no longer available in what I want, will you restock?

  • We don’t often restock items as seasons change and we would rather get new options. If there is something you love and need, let us know and we can see if our suppliers have stock. Please note, it may take a month or more to get it if it is available as it will be imported.
